PLACING AN ORDER

We accept orders through our WigJig Store (online), via mail or fax. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Also, checks and money orders with mail-in orders are accepted.
For orders received from Sunday at 8:00 PM Eastern Time to orders received at 7:00 PM Thursday, we issue email verification and ship the order on the following business day. For orders received after 7:00 PM on Thursday evening through 7:00 PM Sunday evening, we issue email verification to customers and ship the orders on the following Monday. In a few cases, we may hold an order if an item is out-of-stock and expected in a few days. We ship our orders from our warehouse in the Mid-West, which is a very short delivery time frame for the majority of our customers. For customers on the West Coast, it may take a little longer (up to five days) to receive your order. |

RETURNS We cheerfully accept items for return that are mailed to us within 14 days after receipt, and are in their original packaging, undamaged, and unopened. We assess a $7.00 restocking fee for all returns, unless our error. We do not reimburse return postage, unless our error. We inspect every returned item to verify that it is ready for resale before we return it to inventory. Please note that if your original purchase was for more than $60, thereby qualifying for free shipping, and the value of the merchandise returned brings the order total to less than $60; we reserve the right to deduct our regular shipping and handling costs from the refund for the merchandise returned. If you have a question about an order, please send us an e-mail at custsrv@wigjig.com for the fastest response. We generally respond to these e-mails within 24 hours. We also respond to questions via telephone at 800-579-WIRE or fax at (240) 597-2262. LOST ORDERS We accept the responsibility for getting your order to you. While it doesn't happen often, occasionally an order does not reach its destination. Please notify us if you believe that your order has been lost. Generally, if 10 days have passed since you placed your order and you have not received it, it may be lost. As noted above, we ship our orders from a warehouse East of the Mississippi. For customers on the West Coast, please allow five to six business days for UPS to deliver your order. Our track record shows that we lose less than one order in a thousand. If it happens to you, we will coordinate with the shipper to submit any necessary insurance. Please understand that in the very rare circumstances that your order gets lost, we will replace your order and ship again. If you need to contact us, please use the contact information in the above paragraph. EXCHANGES/BACK ORDERS At this time, we do not process exchanges or back orders. SALES TAX We charge sales tax in Maryland (5%).
